Prior to founding DMC in 2023, the partners worked closely together for many years, leading several successful deals. We’re a team of seasoned investment professionals with a combined 40+ years in banking and private equity and the experience of leading many acquisitions.

    Previously served as a Director at a generalist private equity firm and a Director at OFS Energy Fund

    Began career at PRJ Interests (venture capital) and Amegy Bank (capital for leveraged buyouts)


  • Leads financial diligence, modeling, and banking

    Previously served as a Vice President at a generalist private equity firm and an associate at OFS Energy Fund

    Began his career as an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co. and financial advisory at Houlihan Lokey


  • Leads investment origination, sales & marketing strategy, and human resources

    Previously served as a Director at a generalist private equity firm and in business development for Insperity
